How do I sign up for my benefits plan?
If you have a permanent contract, please view the ‘Welcome to UFV Benefits’ video. Information on how to register for your Manulife account online can be found on the Human Resources Website under Compensation & Benefits and Signing up & Managing your benefits.

Next steps
Once you have enrolled in your benefits plan, you will be able to register for your Plan Member Secure online account.
Manage your Manulife plan online
Manulife's plan member secure site allows you to view all of your benefit plan details, submit claims, sign up for direct deposit, find forms, complete health or financial assessments, and get support.
- If it is your first time logging in online
- Select Register now.
- Follow the prompts. Use your UFV email address to set up your account.
- If you have logged in online before
- Complete the login fields and sign in.
Note: For both of these options you will need your plan contract number and member certificate number. These are located on your Manulife benefits card. If you require a PDF copy of the card please contact HR Compensation & Benefits.

View your most recent claims, submit new claims, receive alerts when your claims are ready, consult your benefit balances or find health care providers from your mobile device.
Use the same login information you do when using Manulife website.
