T2200 Tax Declaration: CRA Website - for employees who will need to claim working from home throughout the year. When PART A and PART B, number 6 have been completed, email to hrsupport@ufv.ca.
Personal Information Change- To change your name (legal, preferred, revert back to maiden name) or update your gender designation. Email this completed for along with a copy of the reason for change (marriage certificate, legal name change document, birth certificate (where required)) and a copy of a piece of ID with your picture to hrinfo@ufv.ca.
