The University of the Fraser Valley’s leadership proficiencies provide this essential link to our integrated strategic plan, our values and our culture and describe the ingredients we need to fulfill our purpose.
Our proficiencies describe the behaviours that are important for all of our leaders to demonstrate.
To help accomplish this goal, a Leadership Proficiency Model has been developed and will form the basis for a consistent and standardized approach to selection, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
