Event set-up
The Facilities Management team is committed to supporting successful events on campus.
To request help with setting up and taking down materials for a special event, please submit an event support request.
Provide as much lead-time and detail as possible - this will help reduce some of that stress that comes with event planning.
- Confirmation that the venue is reserved
- Confirmation that materials are reserved; podiums, risers, banners etc.
- Start and end dates and times for set-up and take down
- Special instructions including space configuration and drawings.These can be uploaded in the work request.
- Detailed list of services required i.e. janitorial and building maintenance
