How to apply

Step-by-step application process

Read the program information

Review the Applied Business Technology web pages so that you understand the entrance requirements and program costs. Read the answers to frequently asked questions to determine if this program is for you. Do you still have questions? Contact Christine Nehring, ABT Program Head, at abt@ufv.ca.

Apply and pay the application fee

Apply online to the Applied Business Technology program. A $53.77 fee is due when you submit your application. You may apply anytime. During the application process, you will be prompted to select either Full-time or Part-time.

Complete the ABT assessment

All applicants must pass the Applied Business Technology assessment to determine suitability for the program. You will receive an email with details about the monthly assessment dates once your application is processed. All applicants will be notified of their assessment results. Successful applicants will either be accepted into the program or placed on the waitlist. Other applicants will be offered an opportunity to rewrite the assessment.

If the program is running a waitlist, applicants are accepted based on a successful assessment in order of application date. Registration typically opens two months before the program begins.
