About the new MoVement StUdio
The MoVement StUdio on the Chilliwack campus is a new inclusive fitness and wellness space designed to promote the importance of physical fitness for overall well-being among students, staff, and faculty. As a dedicated on-campus studio, Campus Recreation & Active Living aims to provide the UFV community with accessible resources for physical activity, stress relief, and social connection in a convenient, cost-effective (often free) setting.
Our mission is to build a vibrant campus culture that integrates physical health, mental resilience, and a sense of community, supporting UFV’s broader mission to engage learners, transform lives, and build community.
