Recreation your way
Drop-in sports are a great way to stay active and connect with others at UFV. With the flexibility to get moving without the commitment of a league, check our schedule, sign in, and play.
Choose from organized drop-in sessions, where staff are on site to form teams and coordinate play, or open gymnasium times, where you and your friends can simply grab a ball or racquet and make use of the gym space. Both options are designed to encourage casual play, social connection, and all-skill-level participation.
