The Faculty of Business and Computing (FBC) at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) is proud of our students, faculty, staff, and our community. At FBC, students will have the opportunity to engage with an outstanding and passionate team of faculty and staff. As a Faculty, FBC is committed to providing our students the best resources for their academic journey and the best support for their personal well-being.
FBC and its members have strong relationships with our local partners with many of our community leaders engaged in our programs as instructors. This situation crystallizes our priorities for combining learning and community engagement. Together, we ensure our students are offered a learning environment that replicates the career field they are embarking upon where they will work collaboratively with their colleagues and learn through an Indigenous worldview where personalized learning, use of technology, enquiry and problem-based learning are at the core of what we deliver. In all our programs, students can apply their knowledge learned here through experiential learning initiatives and reality-based cases.
