Redeem your BC Provincial Scholarship voucher
There are 3 ways to redeem your BC Achievement, District Authority and/or BC Excellence Award.
Redeem online through the Ministry of Education website (no stamp or signature required):
- Go to Redeem My Scholarship
- Scroll down to ”How do I redeem my scholarship voucher if I cannot get it stamped and signed?”
- Read through directions.
- A receipt showing payment can be obtained through your MyUFV account or by contacting Office of the Registrar, a verification of enrolment can be printed from your MyUFV account
- Follow directions for submission
Drop off at Financial Aid & Awards offices in either Chilliwack or Abbotsford durning regular business hours. For after hours, the Abbotsford campus Financial Aid & Awards has a dropslot located just past Student Services (B214) doors below the Financial Aid info boards.
Mail your voucher to UFV Financial Aid & Awards for completion at :

If you chose to drop off or mail your voucher to our offices, please ensure your address is correct and you have filled out the SIN number and email section. If the address is not correct, cross it out and add the new address. Once recieved, your voucher will be completed and scanned and emailed to you to redeem online through the Ministry of Education online redemption process.
Once processed, the Ministry of Education will mail a cheque directly to you. Please note: These scholarships cannot be used towards your student account as they work like a reimbursement. Redemption occurs after a student has registered, paid and established attendance.
