She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree, Sociology major and History extended minor, from UFV in 1998. She worked temporary contracts until 2001 when she became the Mathematics & Statistics and Psychology department assistant.
Rhonda joined the Advising Centre permanently in 2005.
