Kirsten advises for Bachelor of Arts, BA Global Development Studies, Associate of Arts, Liberal Arts diploma, and Theatre diploma.  She began her advising career in 2004.

In 2013, Kirsten graduated from the University of Calgary with a Master of Education, specializing in Higher Education Leadership. Currently, she is working on her Certificate in Conflict Resolution, with a specialization in Mediation/Third Party Intervention at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
