If you require a letter to secure a scholarship, pay-per-credit or other purposes, fill out this form and the UFV Academic Advising Centre will issue a letter within five to ten business days of receiving your request.
If you require a completion letter, simply login to your myUFV account, go to 'Student Information', 'Student Records', then 'View/Print Documents & Letters (Enrolment Verification, Credential Completion)'. You will then select the letter type from the drop-down menu and click 'Continue'. Your completion letter is available when you receive a graduation application update email from the Office of the Registrar and not before.
Note: You may be contacted and asked to book an appointment with an academic advisor before the letter can be issued.
