If you require a letter to secure a scholarship, pay-per-credit or other purposes, fill out this form and the UFV Academic Advising Centre will issue a letter within five to ten business days of receiving your request.
If you require an Enrolment or Completion letter, simply login to your myUFV account, go to 'Student Record Requests', select "Enrolment or Completion Letter." You will then select the term and letter type from the drop-down menu and click 'Continue'.
Your Completion letter is available when you receive a graduation application update email from the Office of the Registrar and not before.
Note: You may be contacted and asked to book an appointment with an academic advisor before the letter can be issued.
