Order employee name badges
UFV employee name badges are available to order through the Bookstore at a cost of $16.50 + tax each.
Small orders of badges usually arrive to you within 7 business days of placing an order, while larger orders may take 14 business days. During our RUSH periods (the first few weeks of a semester) orders will be delayed.
Fill out the below form to place an order and indicate the name badge option. Please note that there is a 28 character limit for each line of text.
