Prerequisite waiver form
Students without appropriate course prerequisites may be permitted to register in GEOG/ENV/PLAN courses with permission and provided space is available. Submit a prerequisite waiver form that will be reviewed by the course instructor and/or the Department Head.
Third time request form
Students who are attempting to register for any GEOG/ENV/PLAN course for third (or fourth) time require permission from the department head, which can be requested through the third time request form.
