International applicants, please note: It is recommended that you apply and submit your portfolio by April 1 for the fall intake or by September 1 for the winter intake. This will allow for adequate processing time for immigration documents. Follow theportfolio submission guidelinesto prepare your portfolio if one is required for entrance to your program. Please followthe requirementscarefully and submit all essential items. Incomplete portfolios may compromise your acceptance into the program.

Wait for your acceptance letter
All accepted applicants will receive a letter of acceptance from the Office of the Registrar. To accept your offer and secure your seat in your goal program, pay your $200 registration deposit. View payment methods.
Course registration takes place after the admissions process is finalized, typically beginning in mid-June for fall semester and mid-November for winter semester. Follow the steps to find out how to register and use the myUFV portal to find your pre-assigned registration time.
