CareerLink is UFV’s online job posting, event, and recruiting system. With CareerLink it is easier than ever to connect students with employers. Post your job opportunity and expand your pool of potential job applicants to include UFV's brightest minds.

How to Register

  1. Click the CareerLink Employer Login button or login here
  2. Click the Sign Up And Post Job link to register for a new account and post your job description
  3. Once your account and job posting have been approved, you will receive a welcome message in your email with instructions on how to access CareerLink applications

Please review our Job Posting Guidelines before posting your opportunity. All volunteer postings must adhere to the Volunteer Position Guidelines. Please note, all registrations and job postings must be approved by the Centre for Experiential and Career Education.

Frequently asked questions

No; employers are responsible for posting their job opportunities on CareerLink.


No; all employer registrations are screened by the Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE). CECE tries to approve registrations within five (5) business days, depending on the volume of requests received. If your employer registration is approved, you will receive an email with your log in details.


No; all job postings are screened by CECE prior to approval. If your posting is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If your posting is not approved, it may be because it went against the Centre's Job Posting Guidelines. Make sure to read these carefully before posting a job.


If you are having issues accessing your account, try the following:

  • Clear your cache/cookies
  • Refresh your browser
  • Use the Google Chrome browser
  • Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the log in screen
