Meet with your advisor
at least once every year or 30 academic credits.
Advisor availability
You can meet with an academic advisor Monday - Friday.
Appointments can be:
in-person (Abbotsford campus) or virtual.

You do not need to make an appointment if you would like to:
- Receive an updated program plan
- Request pay-per-credit
- Declare a major or minor
- Confirm your graduation completion
- Request an enrolment or completion letter
Please email your request to busadvising@ufv.ca from your UFV student email account, including your student name and student ID number, and we will get back to you by email in 5 to 10 business days. For all other concerns, please book an appointment.
