Advising Appointments: First Week of Classes (Winter 2026)
From January 5th to 9th, the School of Business Advising Team will be offering drop-in advising appointments for current School of Business students only.
Drop-in appointments will open for booking at 7:00 a.m. each day (Monday to Friday) and are available for same-day appointments.
Please note that drop-in appointments are intended for current School of Business students with urgent issues related to the first week of classes.
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re unable to book a drop-in appointment, please email businfo@ufv.ca with your question, or try booking again the next day.
Regular advising appointments will resume after January 9th and will be available for booking starting on January 9th.

Please note that School of Business Advisors only advise for UFV School of Business programs. Use the booking link below if you are a current School of Business student.
- If you are a Qualifying Studies or non School of Business student, please contact the Advising Centre to book an appointment with an advisor.
- If you are an International prospective student, please contact international@ufv.ca.
- If you are an International Qualifying Studies student, please book an appointment with a UFV international advisor.
- If you are a Domestic student interested in School of Business programs and are not currently attending UFV, please contact our Future Students Office and use the “Contact Us” form on the Future Student page.
