Drop-in advising appointments

Have a quick question? Our advisors are available for 15-minute drop-in conversations on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You can book these appointments starting at 7 am on Tuesday or Thursday. Openings are available first-come, first-served.

Drop-in advising is available for current School of Business students only.

School of Business advising will have virtual and in-person drop-in advising starting January 2nd 2025 and ending the afternoon of Friday, January 10th. Please use “Book a drop-in” button above to book these appointments. Drop-in appointments are 15 to 30 minutes for time sensitive/critical issues.  

Regular appointment booking (1 hr) will re-start on Monday, January 13th. These appointments will be visible for booking within the first week of class.

Please note that School of Business Advisors only advise for UFV School of Business programs.  Use the booking link below if you are a current School of Business student or if you are a current UFV student eligible for School of Business program admission.

  • If you are a Qualifying Studies or non School of Business student, please contact the Advising Centre to book an appointment with an advisor.
  • If you are an International prospective student, please contact international@ufv.ca.
  • If you are an International Qualifying Studies student, please book an appointment with a UFV international advisor.
  • If you are a Domestic student interested in School of Business programs and are not currently attending UFV, please contact our Future Students Office and use the “Contact Us” form on the Future Student page.

Please email your request to businfo@ufv.ca from your UFV student email account, including your student name and student ID number, and we will get back to you by email in 5 to 10 business days. For all other concerns, please book an appointment.
