Co-operative education

Jumpstart your career with up to one full year of industry-related work experience even before you graduate!

The UFV School of Business has co-op (short for co-operative education) options for students who are interested in developing a competitive edge for after graduation.

You can work in a four-, eight-, or twelve-month work term, full-time or part-time, and can declare co-op as an option on your transcript.

It is an ideal option if you want more than just a degree: co-op semesters help you make connections in the industry and get hands-on experience in your future job field.

By attending a co-op info session, dropping in at the Career Centre, or discussing your plans with a business advisor, you will take the first steps towards graduating with enhanced confidence and career prospects.
