Research Interests

Benny Davidson specializes in citizenship behavior, psychodynamics, and decision science. He applies quantitative and qualitative methodologies in his current research, having studied both during his doctoral studies. Benny is exploring the impact of brand anthropomorphism and brand love on customer citizenship behavior (CCB) within decision science. An integrated conceptual framework incorporating his findings is developed, which tests these effects, introduces brand promiscuity, and analyses the findings. Additionally, Benny has a keen interest in the Real Estate Purchase Decision-Making process. He investigates the psychological and behavioral factors that influence buyers' decisions in the real estate market. This research aims to provide insights into consumer behavior, ultimately aiding real estate professionals in better understanding their clients' needs and preferences. Benny is also working on Green Real Estate, which involves studying the sustainable practices and environmental considerations that influence property buyers. He aims to identify the factors that make eco-friendly properties more attractive to consumers and how these preferences impact purchasing decisions. This research seeks to contribute to the development of greener, more sustainable real estate markets.

Accounting Alumni

I have a great appreciation for the professor who pushed me to get my CA designation. Isn’t it crazy how a little conversation can change your life so completely. Keith’s guidance alone has given me a lifetime of happiness and wealth. If I had gone to a larger university who knows if something like that would have ever happened. I am very proud of the route I took, but I wouldn’t have gotten there without my professors at UFV.
