If you're expecting to attend Convocation, you must have already applied to graduate from UFV and received confirmation of completion from the Office of the Registrar.

The deadline to apply for graduation has now passed. If you haven't yet confirmed your participation as a graduand please contact with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

2. Find out which convocation ceremony you should attend

UFV is hosting six Convocation ceremonies over the three days of June 11, 12, and 13, 2024. There are two ceremonies per day: one at 9:30 AM and one at 2:30 PM. You'll be assigned to a Convocation ceremony based on your academic program.
