Dr. Gannon is London, Irish, Canadian with excellent business acumen possessing significant international experience of both business and academia.  

He has extensive business transformation/turnaround expertise, and was the lead change agent in 9 multimillion dollar major business transformations involving multi-division international businesses with between 300 and 10,000+ employees. He has taught, researched, and consulted in business transformation to executives in 36 countries using financial and measurement expertise to establish the nature of the problem and TQM and HR background to design and implement turanaround/transformation strategies. His experience spans numerous sectors including, Management Consulting, Telecoms, Energy Sector, Petrochemicals and Plastics, Construction, Engineering and Electronics, Banking, Government, Health Sector, and Education.

Dr. Gannon is a Fellow of the UK ACCA, a member of the Canadian CPA, CGA, MBA (specialism in international Business) with an MSc (Human Resource Development). His PhD research conducted in the UK and Japan looked at the measurement and pursuit of a Total Quality Goal in World Class companies and how to effect this culture change. Dr. Gannon is also a qualified coach specialising in executive performance coaching.

• Accounting teaching: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, KPIs and Business Dashboards, Japanese Management Accounting, and Kaizen Cost Reduction techniques
