Biography

Dr. Prachee Sehgal is an LTA in the School of Business in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She is a Fellow (Doctorate) in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, India (IIMI).  Her Post Graduation is in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology, India. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honors degree) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India. She has previously served as a full-time faculty at the India campus of UFV and has been a sessional faculty at several other business schools in India.

Her research currently focuses on self-efficacy, leadership, collaboration, personality, and teacher effectiveness. She has published papers in international journals indexed in the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC), and Scopus. She has presented papers in premier national and international conferences. Her teaching philosophy is one of ‘empowerment’. She believes that we need to contribute and collaborate in order to learn and grow.
