What if I find cheaper airfare than what Concur provided?
Please contact a Direct Travel travel advisor toll-free at 1-844-905-3824 (select option 1) regarding the low fare guarantee.
How do I pay for my reservations?
UFV Business travel: Please use your assigned UFV p-card. If you do not have a p-card, you will be able to select your personal credit card.
PD Travel: Payment for PD travel must be paid by personal credit card.
How can I cancel or make changes to a flight that has already been booked before traveling?
Modify your reservation online in Concur, or contact support at 1-844-905-3824 (select option 4).
How can I make changes to a flight that has already been booked during a trip?
For access to Direct Travel's 7/24 Rescue Line for in transit support outside of business hours - contact details will be provided on your itinerary.
Rescue Line: in North America, call 1-800-206-1482 and quote membership code S8SHH.
When I reserve a trip, will I receive an email?
No, you will only receive an email when a ticket or invoice is issued by Direct Travel.
When the ticket is issued, will I receive an email?
Yes, you will receive an emailed itinerary and invoice once your trip is confirmed detailing your air, car, and hotel itinerary. Please review the details immediately to avoid any errors.
What is a travel credit?
A travel credit is issued when a ticket is cancelled and held for future purchases. When you login to Concur you will be able to see any credits you may have. To use a credit that is available to you, you must call a Direct Travel travel advisor.
How are travel credits used?
Travelers must call Direct Travel in order to use a credit. Credits cannot be applied on Concur as they are managed by Direct Travel's database. Please call a Direct Travel advisor to use a credit or check to see if you have credits available.
Do employees need to upload corporate discount codes into the Concur system?
No, corporate discounts are pre-loaded into the system. Promotions that are not part of a company’s corporate discounts will need to be added by the user.
NOTE: Individuals can enter their personal promotional and discount codes for Air Canada or a car rental when booking their travel through Concur.
