Certain course sections during a term have seats reserved for specific groups of students. These seats may be reserved based on criteria such as specific academic programs, major, minor and concentration declarations, or other requirements.
The total number of reserved seats for each CRN is displayed in the "Reserved Seats" column in Browse Classes.

Note: Most reserved seats are released after the first pass of scheduled registration.
