Student Experience

UFV offers the only graphic design programs in the Fraser Valley. As a Graphic and Digital Design (GDD) student, you develop a solid foundation in communication design, brand identity, interactive design, and dynamic media, while building a strong professional practice portfolio. You learn to develop design solutions by applying strategic processes, visual language, design thinking, and digital skills, using the most current industry-standard tools in GDD’s networked studios and labs. 

We are actively engaged in design practice and professional communities making connections through special events, guest lecturers, field trips, workshops, and industry mentors. We create opportunities for meaningful work, cultural enrichment, and the greater good.
