Load your card

Load your card

Starting in June 2026, students, employees, and guests can add funds online to any Campus Card, including their own or someone else’s.

Managing your Campus Card is easy

Your Campus Card makes it easy to pay for everyday services on campus. You can add funds online or in person and use your card for printing, food, and more. Preloaded cards operate on a declining balance system, similar to a debit card, with no retail transaction fees. It is a simple way to manage your spending and even allows family members to add funds.
