Tuition and fees

How to pay tuition

Courses and programs (except Paralegal)

Full fees are due at time of registration. Please use one of the following methods of payment:

1) Online Banking through your bank or credit union, using the same method as online bill payment (returning students only – must have a student ID number):

  • Login to your bank account
  • Select University of the Fraser Valley or UFV as the payee
  • Use your student ID number as the account number

2) Debit card and debit credit card for in-person transactions

3) Cheque

4) Bank draft

5) Money order

6) Credit card

Ensure full fees are paid three business days before the start of the course/program.

Paralegal certificate and diploma

Students in the following programs follow the same rules as academic registration:

  • Paralegal certificate
  • Paralegal diploma
  • Civic Governance and Innovation certificate 

Follow the payment methods set by the Office of the Registrar for academic programming.

Semester fees

In an effort to keep Continuing Education courses affordable, students do not pay semester fees. As a result, Continuing Education students are not eligible for free transit with UPASS, shuttle services between campuses, and health and dental insurance.
